Bitcoin works because of amazing breakthroughs in software and distributed systems, creating the most interesting financial asset in history.

Bitcoin Core is a free open source software project. Bitcoin Core is the oldest, most reviewed, and most tested implementation of the Bitcoin protocol, also known as the Bitcoin Blockchain, tracing back to the beginnings of Bitcoin itself. This software project is made up of dozens of volunteers from all over the world, including specialists skilled in software, engineering, testing, law, communications, security, community building, and many other fields.

During this AMA fireside chat, we will host a discussion with Bitcoin Core contributors about Bitcoin, Bitcoin Core and some of the exciting developments in the recent past and on the upcoming horizon.
